雞腿肉 Chicken thigh-1片
清酒 Sake-1/2小匙
鹽巴 Salt-1/2小匙 or 適量
乾燥香菇 Dried shitake mushrooms-3~4片
昆布 Sea kelp—5cm
紅蘿蔔 Carrot-30g
牛蒡 Burdock root-50g
豌豆 Snow peas-5~6片
清酒 Sake-1大匙
砂糖 Sugar-1/2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce-1大匙
味淋 Mirin-1大匙
麻油 Sesame oil—少許

香菇&昆布水 Shitake&Konbu infused water-300cc
